I have been renting DVD's from LoveFilm for a couple of years now - it's so handy especially for boring weekends where there's nothing on. I wanted to write almost a little review of what I thought of these titles.

'Up in the Air'
Normally I love any film with George Clooney in, they have a decent plot and some nice eye-candy. Much to my disappointment this film was horrible! I didn't really like it at all, I got bored and my mind was so easily distracted during the time it was playing.
It was very unimaginative and seemed to have very little plot - a waste of filming, if you ask myself. Seemed to be just about a bloke who can't settle and has lots of money. He went by plane everywhere and had a lovely job of firing people within the company, and mentored a girl 'Natalie'. They formed a friendship.
He also finds a woman who at first they meet in various places when they're free and have no-strings-attached sex, but he ends up falling in love with her and makes his way to her home to declare his love; and her husband and children are at the address. (heartache!)
Rating: 2/5*
Again? Nope, I wouldn't watch it again!

'The Social Network'
I really enjoyed this film, it wasn't anything like I originally thought it would be like. It was really gripping and interesting. It was the court case of the founding and beginnings of 'Facebook' - was really great! Real, life stories are also the best, 'cos you get the real emotions, even thought they're not the actual people. It's a story of betrayal, and trust.
Personally I think it's a only see once film as I feel it wouldn't be as gripping the second time as you already know beyond the tense scenes.
Rating: 4.5/5*
Again? Maybe if it was like in 2yrs time - otherwise it wouldn't be as gripping.
